Any User who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account immediately terminated, all Balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. The 18+ age restriction applies regardless of the User's location within Bangladesh.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on betmgm. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. betmgm reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any Balances within them, and permanently ban the associated User from the Platform without prior notice.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. betmgm may request supporting documentation to verify any detail provided at registration at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. betmgm will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility. You must notify betmgm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
betmgm reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. betmgm may place a temporary hold on an Account pending verification without this constituting a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
betmgm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
A User may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting betmgm support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. betmgm reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the Balance of inactive accounts after the 12-month inactivity period, up to the point the Balance reaches zero. Users will be notified by email prior to any deduction commencing. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing identity verification.

All Account Balances are held and transacted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). betmgm does not apply currency conversion fees.
All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the User's own name. betmgm does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within two minutes for mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. betmgm targets a processing time of two to five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day. betmgm reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in value or frequency.
Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) Bonus Funds wagering requirements remain outstanding; (c) betmgm has placed a security hold on the Account pending investigation; or (d) the withdrawal amount falls below the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
betmgm strictly prohibits the use of payment methods registered in a name other than your own. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy applies without exception to all payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and all bank transfer methods.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through betmgm are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of a specific term, the following general conditions apply to all betmgm bonuses:
The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagers placed on sports betting markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal), and wagers placed on certain excluded game categories, will not contribute to Wagering Requirement fulfilment. betmgm will publish a full list of excluded games within each specific promotion's terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in a User's Account, the maximum permitted single Wager is ৳500 unless the specific bonus terms state a higher limit. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided at betmgm's discretion, and associated winnings may be removed from the Account Balance.
betmgm actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus outcome, exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus credits, and coordinating with other users to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, betmgm reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to permanently restrict or close the relevant Account.
All sports bets placed on betmgm are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. betmgm reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including incorrect odds), on an event that has already commenced at the time of bet placement where live betting was not the intended market, or where the integrity of the relevant event is under formal investigation. Void bets are returned to the User's real-money Balance at the original stake.
Live dealer games on betmgm are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the game studio's published malfunction policy, which betmgm will apply without modification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in the jurisdiction in which betmgm operates.
